 Un nuevo Diseño para nuestra colección de Jöelle joyas.

A new design for our Jöelle jewellery collection

Esta temporada, queríamos enseñaros dentro de un proceso de fabricación de una sortija de oro amarillo, la idea del «menos es más», que es parte de nuestros diseños.

Hemos ideado una forma de lineas sencillas muy efectiva, con texturas suaves, cuyo diseño trata de vestir la mano y estilizar los dedos con el menor número de formas para no interferir en el concepto de nuestro trabajo.

 

Lo primero que hacemos es preparar el metal, fundir, estirar y sobretodo dejarlo bien recocido para poder trabajar cómodamente.

We now want to show you a making process of a gold ring, the idea is to focus on simplicity and cleanliness, which is part of our designs.  

We thought about a shape of simple lines, very effective, with soft textures and a design which dresses and stylize the fingers without too many shapes interfering with our design idea.

First thing then is to prepare the metal, melt it, stretch it and leave it ready to work with it.

Preparado el metal en chapa e hilo, según necesitemos, tomamos la medida del anillo y vamos construyendo por partes todo lo que necesitamos.

Le damos la forma del anillo, y soldamos.

Once the metal is ready, we take the ring measure and start making the different parts.



We shape the ring and then weld it.

Trazamos y le damos los cambios necesarios para que tenga la forma que habíamos diseñado.

We work on it, changing as necessary to shape it as we had designed it.

Soldamos en el lateral las piezas que faltan, que son las que luego nos darán el diseño final del anillo.

We weld the rest of the pieces, which will at the end shape the ring.

Una vez que está preparado, lo que hacemos es repasarlo dejándolo bien planito, y bien lijado, para que lo último sea darle el pulido y la textura deseada.

And once is ready, we work on it leaving it flat and sanded, so that the last step is polishing it and giving it the right texture and feel.  

Y este es el resultado final.
